This home is centrally located and great for any adventure. A few miles from NAU and Downton Flagstaff, where the shops and dining options are plentiful. Be on the slopes with a 20-minute drive to Snowbowl and enjoy the hot cocoa bar when you return. Don’t miss the Polar Express experience located in Williams about 30 minutes from the home. Stop on your way to the Grand Canyon or visit while here – its only 90 minutes away!

The open downstairs is perfect for gathering after your day of exploring. Turn on the fireplace on and warm up while nestled in the velvety couch while watching the 65in TV. After warmed up, the fully stocked kitchen and gas stove is great for feeding the whole group. Enjoy dinner at the large dining table that seats 10 or serve finger foods from the sizeable kitchen island space with 4 bar stools. Pull the bar stools over to accommodate more than 10 guest at the table.

The first-floor bedroom is a sleeper’s paradise with a king bed and blackout curtains. Attached is a full bathroom with towels and toiletries. Sneak out to the patio for a quiet retreat from the family. You may never want to leave!
Don’t miss the extra bathroom downstairs in the hallway next to the garage door. This perfect guest bathroom prevents you from having to share the downstairs master bathroom.

Upstairs you will find another spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. What?!? Two Master suites in one house? AMAAZING! Enjoy the comfortable Queen bed and dedicated workspace with computer monitor. Want to sleep in - close the blackout curtain and enjoy your slumber.

Another upstairs bathroom allows for you to take a shower with the door closed but allow others to use the sink and mirror. Great for families who have the bathroom struggles.
There is also a queen air-mattresses available for two additional people.
