"Recep was very kind to email for confirmation a few days before the stay so that a ground floor room could be assigned, thereby not requiring to climb and carry luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Check in process was smooth, with the recep sharing some recommendations with a map of Warrnambool. Free on-site parking. Has ironing board. Would recommend."

"We had a nice overnight stay in this hotel after a day-long car trip through the Great Ocean road. The check-in was fast and we were well-received. Our room was spacious, the bedrooms well cleaned, and the hotel very quite. One weakness is not having the shower separated from the bathtub. Overall, a good value for money when you go with families."

"We stayed one night at Waves Motel and overall had a comfortable stay. The lady at reception was very polite and kindly accommodated our request for a ground-floor room, which we really appreciated. For a motel, the room was surprisingly well equipped, with cutlery and dishes available, making it more convenient than expected. There were also many streaming services provided on the TV, which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing...

"Previously stayed and enjoyed the hotel for what it is. Staff are great, guests have been good but this time the room smelt terrible.. unfortunately it smelt as if people had thrown up on the carpet.. possibly just the room we were in. Wasn’t like this last time.. will be looking elsewhere next trip."
