"Brand new build, spacious house, multiple group lounging areas both indoor and out. Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Great indoor playroom for kids. Steep staircase with no carpet/runner so be careful with littles! There’s no baby gate onsite so bring your own if you’re worried about safety. Board games upstairs and big wooden blocks outside for playing. Location is ok - close proximity to neighbors, neighborhood still being built, difficult to get out of neighborhood at times due to...

"The house was as advertised. We enjoyed having a living room where we could congregate but had privacy in our own rooms. We stayed here to be in between The Grand Canyon and Sedona. The only suggestion I would say is we were from Wisconsin/Minnesota and the packers were playing in Phoenix that Sunday. It would have been nice to have a channel we could have seen it on the tv at the house. Overall a great place for our family."
