OUTDOOR LIVING:
The backyard is designed for spending your vacation outside. Enjoy the private saltwater pool surrounded by palms, six chaise lounge chairs, multiple waterfront seating areas, and plenty of room for the entire group to gather.

The 60-foot covered boat dock sits directly along the canal and includes a tiki bar with a gas grill and bar seating. Two outdoor dining tables provide seating for up to 14, while additional lounge areas and a gas firepit make it easy to enjoy the waterfront well into the evening. Keep an eye on the canal—you may even spot dolphins, manatees, or jumping fish passing by.

LOCATION:
Enjoy a canal-front setting just 3 blocks from the beach and within easy reach of the fishing pier, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Boaters can cruise directly from the property to the Intracoastal in minutes. Betty Steflik Memorial Preserve and its nearby boat launch are approximately half a mile away.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
- Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee
- A golf cart is available to rent during the stay. To activate access, we'll need a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a signed Golf Cart Liability Form. Please contact us if you'd like to use the cart so we can get everything set up. Guests will be charged the replacement cost for any lost golf cart keys.
- 1 dog is welcome with a $180 + tax nonrefundable pet fee
- Driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles OR 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer

HOUSE RULES:
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 charge.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. If there is any indication that a party or gathering is taking place, the group will immediately be asked to leave and will forfeit any possibility of a refund.
