"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"A quaint inn that has a great location. We enjoyed our anniversary getaway. Our room was right off the pool. Everyone who worked there was friendly and kind. Yummy cookies and coffee in the lobby. My only suggestion is that they offer the spa services. We didn’t realize the spa was right there until a friend told me when we got home. A brochure or discount card would have been a lovely touch. We still had a great time, shopping in nearby shops and dinner at the restaurant on site. Also...

"This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay."

"Estadia foi péssima, Hotel muito mas muito sujo mesmo, pouquíssimos funcionários, à limpeza dos andares não existe, os quartos também não são limpos e o pior as 23.30hs o alarme de incêndio tocou e todos tivemos que sair dos quartos e descer para a portaria do Hotel onde ficamos por quase 2 horas para depois liberar a subida para os quartos novamente, tudo isso e apenas um funcionário do Hotel para orientar. "

"No toiletries in bathroom, used coffee cups in room. Beach sand on beds, broken toothpick in bed, dirty wash rag still in bathtub, had to ask desk for extra towels and wash rags. No one from housekeeping came by to restock anything until the evening before we checked out, parking for hotel was advertised $23.00 dollars a night but I was charged $25.00. This place was a huge disappointment. The only thing positive to mention was the view from the room. "

"This place is a gem! We stayed 3 nights in a condo recently. It's the perfect walkable location to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was exactly what we needed. We can't wait to visit again!"

"I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend....

"The room was honestly disgusting. There was bugs inside of the cup glasses. The silverware looked as if they had never been washed and just thrown into the things. The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were dirty. couldn’t even walk on it without shoes. I was highly disappointed. The sofa looked as if it was 100 years old with mildew stains I do not recommend this property at all"
