"The mountains of North Carolina are for the soul!!! Choosing this rustic, away from the hubbub, down the gravel road getaway was perfect for recharging, reminiscing, relaxing and spending time with old friends who don’t NEED bougie to have a good time!The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking and the beds were extremely comfortable for a night of rest! "This home was the absolute perfect spot for our family of 4 to meet up with our best friends (also a family of 4). There is plenty of room, the dining table accommodates big group meals, and the view was just incredible. We enjoyed hiking in the area and would love to come back! Wonderfully responsive host and the bed was so comfortable. "

"Janie was very accommodating with our late arrival and extended stay so we could fit in a few more activities on our trip. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It is located on their property so it is not secluded completely, but it still felt private. Location is great to reach different areas around Asheville and the city itself. We brought our dog Charlie with us and there were no issues. Overall it was very wonderful!"
