Flachau is a well-established winter sports resort. In Salzburger Sportwelt winter sports area, you ave more than 100 chair lifts and excellent 300 km of skiing slopes. You can also go on the cross country skiing trail which is around 200 km long and rests 5 km away. Numerous walking trails take you high up into the mountains from the house in winter and summer. The town center, supermarkets, and restaurants are at 1 km.

This ground floor apartment is centrally heated and keeps you cozy inside. On the furnished terrace, you can sit back watching the gorgeous surroundings or enjoy hot meals. A children's bed is present for little guests. You can bring a pet for an additional charge. Parking is available.

Note: The accommodation is not exclusively for private use. The small apartment, the owner’s office next door, and the upper-floor apartment are all separate units with individual entrances, and other guests or the owner may be present on-site
