"L’hôte est disponible et arrangeant.L’appartement est très bien situé, propre et décoré avec soin. Les vues de l’appartement sont magnifiques. La climatisation est efficace aux 4 niveaux.Attention toutefois, cet appartement ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des problèmes de genoux ou d’équilibre car il est constitué de 4 pièces situées à 4 étages différents et on doit emprunter des escaliers très raides et très étroits à chaque fois que l’on change de pièce. Je recommande."

"Si vous êtes à la recherche de la tranquillité de la campagne tout en étant à proximité des accès pour les villages des 5 terres, ou autre, la maison de Renata est faite pour vous. Renata est une personne très disponible et bienveillante, qui par ses renseignements a contribué à faciliter notre séjour.Sur place, l'essentiel pour passer un séjour. "

"This is a really excellent property. The house is spacious, cool even in August and very quiet both in the day and the night. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! "

"We had a great stay in the heart of Viareggio. The house is right next to the park, a couple of blocks from many “Bagnos” right at the beach. The house is a split level townhouse with many stairs and unique architecture. The kitchen contains all you need to cook with spices and dishes all available. There were even some goodie’s on the table and in the fridge. Gloria is available if or whenever needed and she can give all the information about the town. "

"Absolutely perfect! If we could have rate 12/10 we would have done it. The place is beautiful. The house big, clean, well equipped, the hosts are so charming. They have prepare a book with all informations, answer so quickly all of our question!"

"Davide couldn’t have been more helpful and even met us outside the train tunnel to help us with our bags at check in. The space is compact but the view to the sea is expansive and we enjoyed sipping glasses of wine at the table overlooking the waves crashing against the cliffs. And going to sleep to the sound of the sea lulled us to sleep."

"Bon séjour. Maison fraîche et agréable. Accueil parfait. Rien à redire sur l'hébergement, seul bémol de notre séjour : voiture fracturée sur une plage avec parking payant pour voler des affaires ( plage de Vecchiano près de Pise )."

"Nice and clean. Rustic house with a cosy jacuzzi. You have a 20 minute car ride up the mountains. It's super quiet up there, if you want some piece. 50 minute car ride to Lucca, beautiful city, not to miss out. Landlord was very nice and courteous"

"We had a wonderful stay with Massimo, very clean and all was great. A beautiful view around the region with seasight as well as the big mountains. The house was clean and big eniugh to suit the 4 of us. With the 2 persons bed below and a bed above in the same room you can have 3 people in 1 room. The smaller room with the smaller bed has the place for a forth person.The pizzaoven is great, and having a decent washing machine is a must for a family. Well worth the stay!With Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio...

"Wir sind als Familie verreist. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung! Für die Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, was nicht immer üblich ist. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und sogar für den ersten Tag für uns eingekauft! Danke Anna! Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, zum Strand braucht es nur wenige...
