"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

I always stay at Benson. It’s always reliably clean and have the most comfortable bed.

"Fun hotel with great and accommodating staff. Interior was retro chic with a comfy bed. Excellent location (for downtown) and even better price. We got the larger room which felt spacious enough and room for seating and a table. Friends got the smaller room which was spacious enough but tight for four of us.
Retro radio was on point and put out good music.
No ice available, but hotel staff helped when we asked for some.
Would definitely stay again."
