" We had a great time overall! Elchelande and Dasheya at the front desk did a fantastic job—they were friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. "Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. "

"If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back."

"The review for The Palms is pretty much a review for Turks and Caicos. Overall one of the most beautiful places we’ve been, but unfortunately still with a poor infrastructure to accommodate so many tourists. Grace Bay is definitely the place to stay in Provo. The Palms is a gorgeous hotel, with nice, spacious rooms, a wonderful pool, right at the beach! The cons: horrible internet connection — seriously don’t expect to be able to browse much; breakfast only until 10.30 (and after 10am food stops being replaced). Although we loved the beach, rooms and pool, everything seems a bit overrated and overpriced."
