"Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. First impressions was very surprising. Apartment was very clean. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Front room/ kitchen was also a good size.Private bathroom...

"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. It was likely that vermin would be attracted...

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"Excellent facilities, very clean and great to have off road parking. The stairs are steep and a bit of a challenge. Perhaps there should be a warning included in the house description. The motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs was very necessary. It would also be helpful to have a guide specific to the house, and not just a generic guide. We missed having a recycling bin."

"Meadow Terrace is in a great location in Shrewsbury. A parking space is available for the duration of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here."

"We had a wonderful time with a group of young people at the start of a 26 week employability and life skills programme. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is at the heart of the property and we could all sit around the table to eat our meals.The location is great for walks and the garden good for exploring. "Very large room with separate desk area. Floors were very creaky so not good if you need to get up in the middle of the night without making noise! Breakfast was good, you could ask for vegan sausages. Disappointed on my last day they had no mushrooms so I could only eat baked beans and tomatoes from the hot buffet (plus the vegan sausages I asked for every day!) Would be nice if there was more fresh fruit too and non-dairy milk out (I presume you could ask for it)."

"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second.
