"Property is pretty new. Nice size fridge and full stove/oven. Our unit did not have a dishwasher, but it was just an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, but comforter was very heavy. More like a January comforter than May. Also, IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY, make sure you ask for a room with accommodations. The tub is raised and was difficult for me to enter. Also, tub bottom is not a safety flooring and no grab handles. There is a bath mat. Only suggestion I have is a couple more towels in...

"This is a new hotel. It is not complete and should not be receivingt Guests. They could not ever find my Expedia reservation that I had paid in full and they charged me for my lodging advising me to contact Expedia for a refund of the amount I had paid to Expedia."

"Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. "Terrible check in experience. Front desk staff was confused and overwhelmed by reservation issues with other guests. Check in is at 3pm but room was still not ready at 4pm. Room seems to be missing furniture. Trash in stairwell. In my opinion, property is not well managed and whomever is managing the property is missing the details that would elevate a customer's experience."

"We were only there for about 6 hours to grab some sleep before continuing on our road trip. While the person who checked us in was wonderful, our room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, particularly the bathroom. However, the beds were comfortable and the price was fair."

"Check in was suppose to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:45 to no clean rooms. They tried to have us check into a dirty room and when I asked to just cancel the reservation (the place was notably filthy and there were several people waiting in the office because their room was also dirty) they informed us their cleaner had called out and they had 75 rooms that needed to be cleaned. They refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. Will never be using their services again."

"Overall, the rooms were well maintained and appeared to have been recently renovated in a quality manner. Parking was easy and the room smelled and looked very clean. I also appreciated the hotel giving me a call to verify my reservation before arrival. I did note it was pet friendly as well but no pet with us on this visit.
