"The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to...

"The stay was nice. The room was okay. It looked like the carpet was the original and dirty. It should be replaced or have the same wood as the half of the room that was wood. The curtains should be replaced. The backing was peeling but the front was ok. The breakfast only had quiche every day, with no variety on the eggs. The breakfast area was in the basement. The fire alarm sounded at 7:30am. The fire truck rolled out. Whatever they were cooking for breakfast got burnt and...

"Great place, excellent staff!!"

"Ótima estadia!!"

"They hang warm pastries on your door every morning! Coffee in the room!"

"Perfect property in walking distance of everything. Will be seeking it out again when we return."

"It’s great for a solo or two light travelers for a night. Clean and comfortable bed. Tiny room though. My entire luggage took up the extra space in the room. We had to leave our second luggage in the car. It’s like staying in a room in NY! Great location with a car to drive to mansions and various restaurants around town. Helpful staff. Brandy was helpful. Downside was they have short hours and limited parking so if you arrive after 5 pm in the fall, you have to deal with check in on your own...

"Homemade delicious cakes at tea time, warm and cozy atmosphere, we really loved to stay here and totally recommend it!"

"Great location. Clear communication. Cute cozy room."
