"This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as good as the first time! We come with our 5 married kids and all of our grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a place. The kids love the slide and rarely use the stairs! The view of the lake is so gorgeous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there so we don't have to bring as much for meal prep. The neighborhood is lovely for evening walks. The pool area is nice when a break from the lake is needed. "Beautiful view of the lake and only a few minutes away from it. We woke up every morning to a family of deer outside our window."

"Super clean, responsive host, kitchen was well stocked. Really close to north beach!"

"We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home."

"The AC was not working. I had a very hard time sleeping."

"We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here."

"Great!"

"Great spot for our family for a weekend of fun in Bear Lake."

"This place was great! Fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and clean bath towels :) The only complaint I have was that you could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. Other than that, it was very clean and nice. Comfortable and pleasant place to stay."

"Overall this was a good place to stay. Interior matches pictures, but we wish there would have been pictures of the exterior. We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. There were also some used water bottles left on the counter when we arrived, as well as crumbs and whole crackers on the floor in the living room....

"Unfortunately I had already booked an upcoming stay that I could not cancel. Noisy- mattress is junk- no air conditioning."

"This was a great property. It had everything you could ever need. It was clean and quiet. I almost got the high score on Galaga."

"Fairly new property."

"Good for what it offered. Hard not having AC available though."

"We Loved the place. Fun for all ages"
