Didn’t use the fire pit or the fireplace. Bring your own wood or logs for fireplace. The firepit is gas.The propane grill worked very well. "This house was absolutely ideal for our group of 3 couples looking to experience Yosemite NP. The home is exactly as described. Well stocked and very clean. The home feels very secluded and private even though neighbors are not far away. The hot tub, firepit and whole back deck were used often and enjoyed by all. "Wonderful home with a warm, boho vibe. Everything was clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt instantly comfortable. The location was great for heading into Yosemite (closer to an hour drive but not a big deal) the drive is gorgeous. The owners were fantastic: responsive, kind, and genuinely caring hosts. Highly recommend."

"The Finegold Nugget provided delightful, well-appointed accomodations (more than expected, with the assortment of dishes and flatware also provided). Beautiful room and beautiful grounds. We had a very relaxing weekend, which was the goal! If I had any complaint, it might be that the mini-fridge in the room was more mini than I was expecting. We filled it up! And as a suggestion, possibly get some mini ice trays to put in the freezer so the guests could have ice available if they wished. ...
