We have been traveling to the Canyon Lake area about once a year for over 13 years now. We have a senior dog who has never made the trip with us before so what we loved about this place was it provided us with the opportunity to do that. The location gives you great access to all the things the area has to offer or you could just spend a lot of time relaxing on the property itslef. Friendly hosts, not a single complaint about this place, would stay again.

Clean house, nice property with fencing all the way around. The back yard was fenced in and perfect for dogs! Hot tub was clean and inviting, pool was clean but unfortunately it was too cold outside for that. We had a great stay at Wiggle Butts!

Yes. The hot tub was great & well located. The home & yards were incredibly dog friendly with large yards totally fenced in & the home all on one level. There's were stairs & a gentle ramp for the dogs to gently walk down to backyard from the lovely pool & sitting area.It's a dog friendly paradise! Our 2 senior English Cocker spaniels loved it as did we.Sean is a great host, very friendly & helpful. The house is clean & very welcoming with plenty of kitchen amenities & if you need something Sean will help out.We loved sitting out the back watching the birds & trees & enjoying a gentle way of life. The pool & hot tub are wonderful & made our stay special.This is our second stay at Wiggle Butts & we are planning on many more.

Quiet, private, relaxing. Everything my partner and I desire when escaping city life. Their openness to accepting cats made such a huge impact for us as our 6 year old British shorthairs suffer separation anxiety. This allowed us to book the 6 nights/7 day stay.The pool was exactly what August in Texas calls for. We spent about 5-6 hours each day and sometimes capped the night with the Hot Tub. The grill was a major bonus!Definitely would book again!

BFF Getaway

Property had everything you could possibly need or want. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Watching all the birds and squirrels from the front porch with a morning cup of coffee was the best!

Magnificent Getaway

The property is a bit close to the road (I could hear passing trucks), but after day two heard them less and less. That is the only negative at all. The property is convenient to both San Antonio and Wimberley, but far enough away that you feel remote. The little house has everything that you could ever need. I do mean everything (pool, hot tub, lounging indoors and outdoors, kitchen, streaming services). We could not have asked for anything more, it was brilliant.

Perfect Getaway with Our 4-Legged Family Members

We absolutely loved our stay with our 4-legged family members (we don’t call them dogs cause they’re so much more than that). The place was very clean and we loved the fenced in backyard for the little ones, both 2-legged and 4-legged, to run around in. The place was just very quiet and peaceful. Sean and Holly were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We 100% recommend this place to any one and will definitely be coming back!

Great summer get away!

My family and I stayed at Wiggle Butts #1 and had a GREAT time!! Everything was clean and well maintained. The area offers many day trip options too so the location was perfect! We will definitely be back to Wiggle Butts!

Wonderful Stay at Wiggle Butts Ranch

We loved our stay at Wiggle Butts Ranch! The location was great for exploring Hill Country. Very close to Canyon Lake and an easy drive to several state parks for hiking, swimming, etc. The property was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for myself, my husband, and two young kids. Our dog particularly loved the large fenced in back yard. Sean and Holly were super responsive and helpful. They live on the property so are always there when you need them. There is a second rental on the property as well, so if you are traveling with a larger party you could rent out both. Even though there are multiple houses on the property, they are spread out so it feels secluded and private. A great find and we will definitely be back next time our travels take us to Hill Country!
