Inside, the home features four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a spacious layout designed for families and groups. Downstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with a king bed and another with two twin beds, while upstairs includes a bedroom with a king and twin bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds—providing flexible sleeping arrangements for a variety of group sizes. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the inviting living room with a wood-burning stove creates the perfect gathering space after a day outdoors. A washer and dryer and Starlink WiFi add convenience and connectivity, even in this peaceful setting.

Outside, multiple seating areas invite you to slow down and take in the scenery, while a huge rock fire pit and BBQ grill set the stage for memorable evenings under the stars. When you’re ready to cool off, simply drive down the paved road directly to your private riverfront rock deck, where you’ll enjoy both deep and shallow areas of the river in a serene, secluded setting.
