"Adoramos a experiência de passar uma noite em um castelo, tudo perfeito , muito bem caprichado, todos os ambientes aconchegantes. Jántar muito bom, mas comemos carne e foi bem salgado .Como iríamos pegar a balsa muito cedo para islay e não daria tempo de tomar o café da manhã , arrumaram gentilmente uma pequena marmita para tomarmos o café na balsa. "

"The friendliness of the staff is top-notch and everywhere is so clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was a lack of vegan awareness. Although my meal on the first night was tasty it didn't include any protein. There were no vegan wines available but they kindly let me bring some vegan wine I had in the car in to have with my meal. The negatives are that the TV would lose signal, hence no way of connecting to local and/or online. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall there is nothing really wrong with it. "We were very disappointed with the breakfast, I booked and paid in advance of our stay which included an English breakfast but on arrival to the breakfast room it was continental only which was quite poor, only cut bread, only whole fruit no fresh fruit cocktail, meat's and cheese of poor quality, croissants and Danish pastries were crispy and dry. No evening restaurant food (Thursday), dirty mug left inte room, no milk in the room,I will not be staying here again."
