"52 Matai St was everything we needed for our short stay in Te Anau. Warm and inviting right in the heart of town. A short and easy walk to the town centre and the lake.Will definitely be back when we can!!!"

"Enjoyed 4 nights here. Geraldine has supplied the apartment with everything we needed and then some. The bed was super comfortable, the neighborhood very quiet, the location to the lake trail very convenient and the laundry right in the apt was so helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Geraldine and her husband and they were very hospitable. I highly recommend this place."

"The house was perfect. The beds were warm, the living room and kitchen area was a nice, roomy setup, and the location was terrific. Everything was great."

"The place was nice. It got cold at night, but there were plenty of blankets and heaters to help mitigate that. Tons of info provided for your visiting needs. "

"The house was stunning. At night we gathered in the yard to stargaze. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the general store. We did not regret our decision to stay here instead of in Queenstown!"

"We enjoyed the house on Luxmore Drive very much. It was a short walk to several of the restaurants and grocery stores. Also a nice walk to Te Anau Lake with a lovely walking path along the Lake. "

"Had a great stay with our adult children & their partners on a long weekend. House was warm and very clean. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others. "

"This place is very minimalist. It had enough room for all of us with 3 bedrooms and a sleep out. The sleep out was half the garage and had an ensuite. It was sufficient but small. Not really enough plates for the amount of people that can stay. The glasses were in need of a bit of cleaning as well. It needs a little attention. "

"A superbly situated cabin with a lovely garden. Very quiet with comfortable beds. The kitchen is tiny but has everything you need to prepare meals. The hosts were super friendly, and helpful!Thanks Vindy and Clifton for having us! staying here!"

"Our first ever tiny home stay was great. All the comforts of a full size home shrunk down to tiny. The view of the lake was amazing. The only negative we had was the last night we got zero sleep due to very hight winds that shook the lovely tiny home all night."

"Very well presented, warm & comfortable, clean & modern. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay.For anyone not good with stairs take note that the 2 main bedrooms are up a wooden staircase."

"Everything about this place was lovely. Clean, tidy and very comfortable bed! Nice to have the outside furniture to sit at too as the weather was great on two days. A couple of things I felt the owner could consider was some kind of light over bathroom mirror as very dark for putting on makeup and a blind over bathroom window. Even though it’s opaque you feel exposed with light on. 😜 these are additions though and would only enhance an already lovely place. Would definitely stay here again"

"The house is lovely: clean and modern. We were there for work meetings - there are two comfortable lounges with TV displays which worked very well. The property manager is very friendly and efficient. We were a group of 11 and all comfortably accommodated. Excellent experience - thank you!"
