"Start of by pulling up a huge chunk of stuco missing then go in to no one at the front desk, I waited 35 to 40 min before anyone showed up. Room was so so not what I would normally expect from a Marriott!. Then the free breakfast frozen hashbrowns just thawed not cooked . Not what we normally get when staying at a Marriott."

"We were very happy we stayed at this newly renovated resort. The location being lakefront and immediately next to the Okanagan Rail Trail was especially wonderful. Everything seemed to be carefully thought out and the unit was equipped with every cooking utensil and pots and pans anyone would need. We didn't use the laundry in the room but it would be nice to use in the future especially for a longer stay. I could imagine this would be a great place for a wedding party or family reunion if you...

"The hotel is what you would expect from a cheap hotel, relatively clean, the TV did not work, but we didn't go to Vernon to watch TV. the parking was a bit challenging, sometimes we had to park a ways away from the entrance."

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"
