"I have been staying at Best Western hotels prior to, during and after Covid and this was definitely the worst and most disappointing experience I've ever had. I did not hang my do not disturb sign on my door, which in every hotel I have ever stayed at means I would like my room cleaned. When I arrived back to my room in the evening the washroom was cleaned but nothing else. The bed linens were not changed and the bed was not made. "We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"
