Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Es war eine schöne, gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zur Gondel (10 min bergauf zu Fuß) bzw. zum Skibus (50m und 2 min Fahrt) war total in Ordnung. Die Küche war nur ein wenig dürftig ausgestattet und die eine Seite hatte die Straße vor dem Balkon. Das war doch manchmal etwas laut.

Urgemütlich und sehr herzlich

Wir waren mindestens zum 10. Mal im Gratzerhof und haben uns wie immer sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und die Betreiber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Skibus fährt direkt vor der Tür, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist. Für uns war es wieder ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Danke!

Wiederholungstäter

Bereits zum siebten Mal haben wir die Wohnung besucht. Die Aufteilung, Ausstattung, Lage und das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis der Wohnung überzeugen uns. Die Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass wir das Auto stehen lassen können. Leider war nur die persönliche Betreuung nicht mehr so intensiv wie noch im letzten Jahr.
