"This room was small but had just about everything you would need but some kind of table to eat on. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. "

"This is a wonderful spot to stay for a larger group at T.I. Park. It’s a short 10 min walk or 2 minute ride in one of the golf carts provided for use to The Guzzle. This gives you a more private home to relax in away from the hustle and bustle of the more congested area of the community. The property is obviously someone’s former full-time home as it is fully stocked for any meal with a dishwasher, electric cooktop and refrigerator with icemaker. "Location was great for our visit to the Antique Boat event. The house could use some attention to the carpet upstairs, lots for large stains and both the toilets need some attention as they filled/ran due to old ballcocks. Check in was a bit difficult as did not receive final request for guest detail until enroute as all were traveling form a 2-4 day travel/driving. Calls to the office were addressed quickly to help ease through issues once we arrived."
