The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single masarda beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, swimming pool and private parking. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. From the dressing room there is a spiral staircase that leads to the attic area with two single beds and a small bathroom. The attic area does not have a door closure and is connected by a spiral staircase with the dressing room.
The apartment is accessible by stairs only. The sleeping area for this apartment is located in the low-rise attic (loft).
A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damage to the apartment upon check-in. The refund of the cash will be made upon check-out after checking the apartment and the cancellation of the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.
