Villa Malvina D is a welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient historic building. It sleeps four people. From Villa Malvina D you will have a nice view of the garden and of the other buildings. Villa Malvina D is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of the small hamlet of Finalborgo, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the bus stop at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Finale Ligure beach) at 1.7 km (roughly 1.1 mile).
Villa Malvina D is located on the third floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 60 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Malvina D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and two swings. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room (Common Room)
You will be able to enter the living room from the dining room. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has two small high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The living room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Dining Room (Common Room)
You will be able to enter the dining room from the main entrance hall going down three steps. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The eight dining tables can accommodate 32 guests. The room has two small high windows. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The dining room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. Here you will also find a safe.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the garden through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
