"The surrounding landscape is definitely nice - there's a creek right below, and there are a lot of birds around the property. However, I felt mislead. The trailer is basically in the driveway of a larger house, with another in-law type unit, and another trailer. It all felt very cramped. Nowhere on the listing did it mention sharing the property in that way... It felt a bit like being crammed into a suburban driveway. The WiFi didn't work at all in our trailer, and it smelled very musty/strongly...

"The pictures in the VRBO posting accurately reflect the the property. I especially enjoyed sitting on the mountain view patio to read or just enjoy the sunshine!.Did some hiking during our stay and especially appreciated the hot tub after walking up and down the mountains. Overall a GREAT experience!! "

"We really enjoyed how family friendly our stay was at the farm! The house was perfect for two families with kids. The tour of the goat farm and getting to see how they were milked was so fun as well. We bought some goat milk soap and lip balm that smells amazing! If you want a place to get away from the business of life this is the place to enjoy."

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"This home was perfect for my family reunion. It was a great space and had just the right number of beds for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and everyone slept well! The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were amazing. My only concerns were: there was no hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms, and no communication regarding some key things like the stove that you need to light with a lighter, the dishwasher that didn’t work, WiFi password and check-out procedures.
