"When we arrived there was no heating, within an hour of reporting it a plumber had come out, electric heaters were provided as it couldn’t be fixed straight away. Very efficient service. Apartment great location near facilities, very clean only downside is sofa bed in lounge really is not comfortable for sleeping on, you could feel the springs through the mattress."

We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather."
