"the AC wasn’t working in our room
- we were moved to a room with a working AC but the fridge wasn’t working in the new room and the carpet had sticky areas - at this point it was 10pm and my kids were sleeping so smdidnt want to move again - the “heated” pool was freezing - disappointed by amenities- but the staff was nice at least "

"The room was clean, the bathroom not so much. There was a condom next to the sink and the bathtub was a bit black. The staff was friendly, but they didn't try to find solutions, like changing rooms or ensuring the customer was satisfied with their stay. Personally, I didn't like it because you pay to arrive at a comfortable place without noise, and the people in the next room made a lot of noise, and it was midnight."

"Excellent value. Clean, quiet, attentive staff, good heat/a/c unit that functioned perfectly, wonderful bed/bedding, shower - very comfortable in all the ways that matter to me. Dated wallpaper, very marginal lighting in the room. Some trouble with the wifi, but not sure if that was a hotel problem or a me problem. Very good price for a generally very trustworthy hotel night. Will stay again when coming through this way."
