"Wonderful place, beautiful views, great area! Check in was easy and accommodating. Cabin was nice, clean, and roomy. Kitchen was set up with all required amenities. "Large cabin, very clean and well stocked. Secluded location and privacy was just what we were looking for. Loved the screened in porch, fire pit, decor, and comfort of the property. We requested the kayaks and some of us enjoyed a quiet ride down the creek. Bathtub faucet dripped persistently and the cabin loft area was stuffy. "Peaceful, beautiful property, nice walking path, lots to explore. We saw deer, squirrels, woodpeckers, birds, beaver/muskrat, and some fish. Stories & s'mores around the firepit each night. Fished by boat and canoe. Also kayaked. Great kitchen area and outdoor grill. Had foosball champion competition, played games, watched movies, went to Mercer for fish fry, explored by boat and on foot. Great weather, no mosquitos till last night of stay. Lots of family bonding."

"Adorable , clean and updated cabin. Everything you needed was supplied. The views were amazing. Definitelywill come back. Oh and the beach is sandy and shallow for little kids but too shallow for fishing off the dock. I give it a 10!!"

"This is a great place. We had 3 families staying here w kids for our local "Friends and Family gathering" at the Catawba park. Downstairs has beds for those that need quiet space and there is a great deck where we saw a bunch of humming birds as well as turkeys and deer. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and lots of places for people to hang out and play cards in the evening."

"This little cabin was perfect for our trip. The beds were cozy and comfy me and my husband both slept great. It’s right on a small lake where we kayaked. We plan to be back with the kids. Also the campground itself was the most peaceful campground we’ve ever been to, we had the windows open the whole time and never heard a peep from the neighbors. "

"This little cabin was just right for our weekend getaway. The morning view off the lake alone are worth it. The only thing i will say is that the parking situation is a bit tight due the cabin being in an RV park. I don't believe we would have been able to get our truck and boat parked there. Otherwise, its a perfect little cabin getaway. Very, very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. "
