"The address was easy to find and enter through the side gate. The RV was clean and neat. There's a fridge and stove so you can cook. The air conditioner works really well but is a bit noisy, remember this is an RV not a hotel. You are in close quarters and it is a simple layout. We found it to be very comfortable and an interesting change from a hotel. "

"Amazing property location. We were 2 families staying for sesame place. The hpuse was very clean and well stocked. Scott was an amazing host. The thermostat had a low battery when we got there and he came in the morning to fix it. He was also very responsive and accomodating. The only suggestion would be to add hooks in the downstairs bathroom to hang towels. Would definitely recommend this property. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. I wish we had more time just to stay at the house and relax taking in the beautiful sights of the river. "Our stay with Chip and Nancy was wonderful! We were visiting family nearby and the location was perfect for us. The property is well maintained, and the pool was great for our kids and nephews to use in the warm afternoons! Communication was great, there was some wild weather during our stay and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed to stay comfortable despite the weather. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you, Chip and Nancy!! "

"This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. "Overall very satisfied! Property and decor felt new and tastefully furnished and comfortable. Communication was superb! Didn’t cook or do laundry, but could have. In the city so a little noisy at night but that was expected. Definitely would use again. "

"We were in town for a wedding and the house was a perfect location for us. The house was clean and host was very responsive. Definitely would stay again if in the area. "

"I travel to Trenton for work and this will be my go-to place. This was my second time staying with this host and everything was excellent again. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. Deena is a great communicator and always answers my questions quickly. Highly recommend."

" The house was comfortable for our group of 12 with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen well-organized for a family who likes to cook, flexible seating and eating areas and a large family room with bar in the back. We had an issue with the grill on the deck; the owner responded and took care of the issue first thing the next day. "The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town."

"Great location! I stayed here while my daughter was at a camp at Princeton. It’s very close to Princeton and Rutgers while also being right next to state parks, bicycling paths, the Delaware river and lots of hiking nearby. We went into NYC one night, parked at Hamilton station and it’s an only 90 minute train ride to Penn station. Pats a great host- unit has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Decent restaurants nearby with many options for food or grocery delivery. "
