"One night stay to attend a wedding. Very nice hotel, very new and very well designed. Not a huge room but it had everything that we needed. Nice comfortable beds, clean , choice of pillows, nice shower . They pack a lot into a smallish space. No problems with noise from M25 (double glazing) Good air con and a very good full english breakfast. And free parking "

The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. "This is a lovely historic hotel and we enjoyed our stay apart from one thing (but this was promptly rectified) : initially we had a front bedroom facing the road which was busy and noisy all through the night. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a rear bedroom which was wonderfully spacious and with much better facilities. The staff were very pleasant, polite and efficient, the hotel was fascinating and well-kept, and we would certainly stay there again."

Its such a lovely place and was my second stay here.
First stay was in the Lincoln red room with the hot tub and was lovely however this time i wanted to try one of the Lake huts and was giving the Cornflower hut and i was not disappointed in the slightest.
The cabin is surprisingly spacious and is very well thought out with a great view over the lake and the alfresco bath tub which was amazing.
