"Location and view was great. The host assisted with extra towels, toilet paper and information regarding beaches to visit. When we arrived, the windows were completely down and the ac was not on. The temperature was above 95°. When the windows were closed, the one on the right never closed completely leaving space for noise, heat and bugs to enter. "Good afternoon. I'd like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality. My wife and I came to Fethiye from Mersin for a few days and spent a long time choosing a hotel. We finally settled on the Tanris City House and weren't disappointed. The room was excellent, clean, non-smokers, with a terrace, and an excellent and rich breakfast every day. "This hotel has changed ownership and has gone from a really friendly welcoming place to the total opposite and is such a shame. Management were more for the local guests. The rooms are dirty and hardly cleaned. In the ten days I stayed there the splash marks from toothpaste in the sink tiles remained. My room was a twin but was small and you couldn’t swing a cat - luckily I was a sole traveller but not ideal or comfortable. Arranged transfer from airport and it didn’t arrive. This was carnage...

"The location is amazing. Quiet neighbourhood perfect for families. Very clean. Staff is very helpful. It is definitely family friendly. There are shops on walking distance. Plenty of parking. I will definitely stay here again next time I come. I do recommend ot to families. Thankyoufor a lovely stay."

"Deluxe room has great views and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Typical Turkish breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Needs attention to detail to improve overall experience (no teaspoon for in room coffee, no extra towels for jacuzzi, TV and internet was not working on arrival). Be prepared to walk 15min to the centre of Fethiye and a small but steep hill. Overall very good for our purposes "
