"Was my first time using a property of this type. It took me a minute or two to figure out the access, but it was fairly obvious once I figured it out. The house was clean and in a great location to access the beach and a short run from other local features. They included almost every amenity you could imagine for a beach getaway."

"Our host, Jo Dee was so nice and very responsive. This place was spotless and so well appointed. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We so enjoyed having the two wonderful restaurants at the end of the peer. Looking out in the water and the beautiful boats was so lovely. We had family that live in Gulf Breeze come over on their boat and pick us up. They were impressed with how easy it was to dock. I’m sad we didn’t have a pen to write in the guest book but we will definitely be back....

"We enjoyed our stay! Place was clean, all amenities were easily accessible, and Donna was very responsive when we had questions! Beautiful bay view and an easy walk to the beach as advertised.The only downside was the rail in the loft bedroom made us a little nervous with our 1.5 yr old…she could pretty easily fall through if we weren’t careful. "Our stay was fantastic. The rental was only a five-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the soft white sand and incredible sunrises and sunsets. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly sized for the price. We had one minor issue with the door locks, but the host responded right away and fixed it quickly. We’ll absolutely book with this rental company again next year when we bring our family down."
