Spacious apartment with views of the Ferrol estuary. It has three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 6 people, two full bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. The apartment includes a parking space in the same building.

This apartment is rented as a whole and will be entirely available to our guests.

The accommodation features Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodations are heated by radiators, which are available from November through April. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use of energy; we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— we will provide heating during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C. The maximum heating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather. Guests may choose the operating schedule based on their living habits. It’s important to understand that heating a property like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²).

No Smoking. No access for people not registered at the property. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM* Check-out BEFORE 11:00 AM *A one-hour time slot will be arranged for guest check-in; in the event of a delay or change on the guest’s part, such a change will be subject to the host’s discretion and availability. Coordinating check-in times is very simple and highly flexible for guests, and we will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. *A “late check-in” service is available from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the latest, for an additional fee of 20. At 11:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled as a “NO-SHOW”

The best way to get around is on foot, and by car if the trip is a bit longer. There are also buses that run regularly on the street behind the apartment and take you anywhere in Ferrol, but you’ll need to work around the scheduled times

It’s located in a residential area just a 5-minute drive from downtown Ferrol and a 2-minute drive from the highway or main roads, making it easy to reach the beaches and green spaces throughout the region.

The owner will not be present, but a professional host will be available to assist guests with whatever they need—whether it’s an emergency (a breakdown, damage, etc.) or providing tourist information and local recommendations ;)
