With 113 square meters of space, it accommodates 7 people and has no internal steps.

KITCHEN: 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, various kitchen utensils, and dining table.

BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine, and hair dryer.

BEDROOM I: double bed (94x210x103 cm), two nightstands with lamps, closet, dresser, and split-system air conditioner.

BEDROOM II: three single beds (169x202x93 cm), nightstand with lamp, closet, and split-system air conditioner.



OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

PLEASE NOTE. The clearance required for a wheelchair to enter the elevator is 64 cm. Please note that there is a wheelchair ramp at the main entrance, and there is also a wheelchair ramp to accommodate the step in the main lobby.

GETTING AROUND:

- From Ferrara Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 4 to the “Fabbri” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take bus No. 11 to the “Bologna Argine Ducale” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in about 40–50 minutes by car or taxi (48 km).



- For those traveling by car, there is a private garage for exclusive use (not suitable for SUVs or large vehicles), located NOT on the same street as the apartment but accessible from the rear of the building via Via del Molinetto.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Key pickup is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at Via Montebello 46 B from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After 7:00 PM, use the SELF CHECK-IN option (via keybox).

Check-in at the office is available from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a fee of 30 euros.
