Exactly as described and pictured, nothing more or less, for the price it's 10/10; easy late arrival access with gate key code and cabin door code ; soothing coqui frogs all night after the neighborhood dogs settle in. somewhat thin walls with neighboring cabin, maybe bring earplugs"

"This is my second time I wanted to show my granddaughter why her Nana is moving to Hawaii and this is one of the places she fell in love with her. I fell in love with the place has been renovated, so it’s very shiny and clean, but only takes secondsplace when it comes to the view always moving. "The space is beautiful inside and out, we struggled with the gate lock the first couple of times we used it, it started to loosen up the more we used it. "We loved staying in the penthouse. It was very tasteful and comfortable, and the view from the bedroom and lanai couldn’t be better. The people in the building were nice and a nice long pool was good for laps. Carl Smith beach right next-door was excellent for gentle swimming And snorkeling, and we saw a lot of turtles. I would definitely come back and stay in the penthouse. All the necessities were available in the kitchen, and the place was clean and tasteful. "

"What a special place! We enjoyed our stay so much and found the location to be very peaceful. Sue is an outstanding host, responsive, friendly and very helpful with answering questions and providing information.
