"The apartments located in Observation Rise are simply wonderful. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, and the amenities are outstanding (indoor heated pool, sauna, exercise room, outside lagoon). We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. I called to let "Stayz" know and they could not contact the host either. We were left with nowhere to stay and are waiting for a...
