LE ROCCHE - Under the Castle, ZAFFIRO Apartment with SPA and Black River view

The house is located in a strategic position in the centre of Italy precisely on the fortresses of Ferentillo, an enchanting village in the green heart of the Valnerina at a short distance from the famous and enchanted Marmore Falls, the rafting centre of the area and many other attractions.

The flat sleeps 2/9 people, is on two floors and has on the ground floor a comfortable kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower and a large living room with two double sofa beds and a wood-burning stove.
Going up the wooden stairs you reach the upper floor and a cosy living room with sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub complete the 80mq of this jewel of our beloved Residence.
Both floors are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

Leaving the flat you can enjoy a large terrace half covered by a porch where a small table and comfortable armchairs invite you to enjoy the view in total relaxation.

The direct access to the common area gives the possibility to benefit from the surrounding beauties at 360° with all the comforts to fully enjoy the garden while enjoying the view of the magical valley.

In the common area are made available to our guests: a large barbecue fireplace that allows you to prepare large roasts and gas cookers that allow you to cook outdoors and enjoy unforgettable moments in good company; overlooking a natural balcony with a breathtaking view, wrapped in extraordinary peace in total privacy.

To further satisfy your senses there is a relaxation area consisting of: a swimming pool (from 15/05 to 15/10, on request you can anticipate the opening or delay the closing) with sunbeds, dressing room with hot/cold water, WC and an infrared sauna.

Due to the challenges presented by the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are offering additional resources and support to our customers.
We have reinvented ourselves and made such changes that each flat enjoys its own private area in the common area, guaranteeing us the possibility of protecting our guests while respecting social distancing.

Every detail has been thought and realized with love and having the possibility to give you emotions and unforgettable memories are the most beautiful gift for us!

The Residence, thanks to the GPS coordinates, will be easy to reach but much more difficult to leave if not with the intention of returning.
