"Property looks old, but well maintained and was the cheapest option for Fourth of July. Expected to be a lot worse since being the cheapest, but staff was excellent in maintaining the property to be as clean as can be. "

"Great trip again in Fenwick. Last year we stayed in the unit below, and this experience was just as great. Location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Matt’s Fish Camp next store is great. Water park was awesome. Check out Rope Walk in OCMD if you have little kids for a great restaurant with kid friendly playground. We’ll be back!"

"Can't beat this property in Fenwick. Proximity to the beach is unbelievable. Enough room for the whole family and large living space so you aren't in top of each other. Pool after the beach every day was a perfect end to each day."

"Home was beautiful and had everything you need in kitchen. The location was great, close to beach and able to walk to sites. Kids loved the outside patio and being able to fish and catch crabs for fun. Host was very attentive and made sure if we needed anything, he was available. Would definitely recommend this home to everyone! "

"Beautiful house, great location. Garbage disposal didn't work which caused backed up water and awful smell at times. There were also no kitchen towels or pot holders for cooking. Other than these very small aspects, it was a beautiful location we hope to visit again. Thank you"
