The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, not the basic cleanliness like the floors or beds but more so in much need of a deep clean (ceiling vent in bathroom, walls, light switches, etc). It was so bad in our room that I had to wipe down the light switch and something unknown splattered off the wall.
The 10pm quiet hour/curfew doesn’t seem to be enforced since we had rowdy teens on our floor yelling and playing in the halls so sleep was scarce (not so much the fault of the hotel but nothing was done about it).
We also didn’t have a very pleasant interaction with a staff (not sure what her position was) in relation to the pool. It was apparently closed from the night before due to maintenance. We asked front desk if they had a possible timeframe of when it would be re-opened since we were departing that day. He said it was fixed and good to go according to the pool maintenance man. We proceeded to get into the pool with our toddler and were berated by a female staff member and she said the front desk staff had no idea what they were talking about.
I was really hoping to enjoy our stay at this hotel since our toddler loved the pool area and convenience of nearby places we frequent but I can’t say we will be back.
