"This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very relaxing. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs too. "Renting vacation properties is always difficult with dogs and Cassie accepted our babies happily. Our goal was to never leave the house/property and we achieved just that! Our only regret was not realizing where the eagles nest was sooner! I didn’t realize the water wouldn’t be swim-able but the dogs loved the gentle waves and we truly had such a nice time even when the weather wasn’t great. Little details like a personalized welcome card gave that luxury feel. "

"This beach house has everything you could possibly want or need for a perfect beach getaway! It’s stocked with tons of games, puzzles, and toys for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—literally just steps from the beach. We've stayed here twice now and will definitely be back again to make even more family memories. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!"

"What a lovely house with beautiful panoramic windows and views of the bay and beach! The house was well-maintained and well-equipped for guests, with plenty of space for this family of four dog. (We loved the doggie designated towels.) The hosts were responsive and accommodating; their TLC for the house is apparent and appreciated. If given the opportunity, we will definitely come back. "
