"Family from Guam and SoCal came to San Jose for graduation at Santa Clara law school. It was a bit further east than anticipated but still convenient to go to Santa Clara and Santa Cruz. The house was big enough to keep the peace and the backyard was a pleasant place to hang out. "

The kitchen, air conditioning, and bathroom all worked as expected, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept in outside my own home. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. "The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked which was great as we cooked several meals during our stay. We really appreciated the Starbucks k-cups as well! There were two bath towels laid out per room which was great but it would have been nice to have extra as we stayed several days. "The curry smell was tolerable but the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and many of the light bulbs in the house were missing. The backyard had beer cans and cigarette butts I cleaned up myself. Some things in the house could use repairs. Feel the price was excessive for what you get"
