"We had a fantastic stay here, it was just the relaxation we needed as we were walking the Malerweg. The spa areas are lovely and relaxing and the views from the sauna and relaxation areas are superb. We had the four course meal for dinner and the food was delicious. Great breakfast and a comfy bed. Definitely treat yourself to a night here. "

"Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. "Ein Hotel welches in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber durchaus durch seinen Charme besticht. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, aber nur begrenzt und am Wochenende vollkommen belegt. Umliegend gibt es leider nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze oder Parkplätze, die eine Zeitbegrenzung von zwei Stunden haben. Einchecken verlief problemlos, Auschecken hingegen etwas umständlicher, das kein Personal vor Ort war."
