"Fabulously equipped property with lovely character and a homely feel. The garden areas were perfect for the children and the added touch of outdoor and indoor games to play kept them occupied whatever the weather. Great base to get out and about exploring Suffolk and Norfolk. The pictures don’t do the property justice, it has everything you need and more! The owners live next door; it was lovely to meet them, the welcome treats and flowers set on the kitchen windowsill were a kind and thoughtful...

"We came to Suffolk to do some family tree research and Orford was a great place to stay. Although there wasn't dedicated parking, there was always plenty of space in the market square. The village itself is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of places to walk and explore. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. "

"Lovely property, perfectly located for us to walk around Orford and visit nearby villages (by car)."

"This Farmhouse has an abundance of outdoor space and a small games room adjacent to the property. There is a long breakfast table, which easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 children and close by a tv, games & books for entertainment. Two separate lounges downstairs one has a tv (with Netflix) and the other lounge is for reading. There is a modern outdoor table and chairs perfect for having an evening meal. "Some issues with this property, disherwash door & shower door broken, was resolved the same day. Inside windows are very dirty. Rest of house clean. It has 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one down stairs with a bath under the stairs. Doesn’t say it’s downstairs we assumed both were upstairs. Wi-Fi virtually non existent signal on and off during the day NO signal in the evening. Was reported but nothing was done about it, needs a provider with a good signal. "The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "
