Very easy to reach by car and train. Only 12 km to Kiel. Felde train station 5 minutes on foot. Only 15 minutes by train to Kiel city center.

Our HALE ALOHA vacation home has a sun-drenched 2-room apartment with the wellness bathroom on the upper floor and the ground floor with the large room, as well as the exceptionally equipped kitchen and the fireplace room.

In the garden, you'll always find a wonderful retreat in various places.

Since we feel deeply connected to Hawaiian tradition, we have dedicated the house (= HALE) to the ALOHA spirit of the islands. As soon as you're here, you will surely feel it.

The cozy non-smoking house has a dreamlike view of the garden and the landscape. Through the large windows, plenty of light and possibly sunshine will pamper you. And when the sun isn't shining, the fireplace stove can provide warmth and comfort (wood available for purchase from us).

Due to the house's location on a hill, you have a view for kilometers into the landscape of the Westensee Nature Reserve.

A modern bathroom with bathtub and wellness shower is located on the upper floor and a modern shower bathroom on the ground floor.

During the day, deer, Galloway cattle, wild geese, eagles, hawks, and pheasants can often be observed. In the evenings, bats collect insects and at night owls silently hunt voles, and when the sky is cloudless, the stars and moon are wonderfully visible here (wonderfully dark/hardly any light pollution), as hardly any stray light obscures the sky.

A refrigerator is located in the ground floor kitchen - another small one in the kitchenette of the balcony room. Thanks to the small freezer compartment of the upper refrigerator, a few frozen foods can be brought along.

The balcony is large enough for two people. Equipped with two comfortable chairs and an outdoor (writing) desk. Sun loungers are available in the house. A hammock hangs in the garden.

On the terrace, you're welcome to barbecue or sit by the fire.

In the balcony room, the sofa bed in the living room offers super sleeping comfort.

We deliberately don't have a television. The guests who want to spend time with us appreciate the peace and quiet, love to finally read a good book in peace, meditate, or simply enjoy the silence.

For music in the room, there are music stations with radio and aux cable. Via our approximately 50 Mbit/s Wi-Fi, you have access to the internet and thus various multimedia offerings.

We manage the house and garden as ecologically and sustainably as possible: green electricity, LED lamps and organic detergent, waste avoidance, recycling, upcycling.

Felde train station and bus stop are only 5 minutes away on foot.

We value healthy living. Therefore, we have a lot of solid wood and natural materials, such as the oiled floorboards on the upper floor.

The kitchenette (pantry) upstairs is fully equipped with sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, toaster, coffee press (Bodum principle), salt & spices, egg timer, blender, pots, pans,...

The kitchen on the ground floor offers everything a cook's heart desires. Even a steamer and a large dishwasher.

We deliberately did without a dishwasher in the upper apartment. Most guests have so little washing up that we preferred to use the space for storage. We wanted to create a kitchenette in this studio room that doesn't really look like a kitchen.
