Completed in 2019, the "Ferienresidenz Grafenmatt" offers modern comfort and upscale amenities for unforgettable days in the Black Forest. Our apartment stands out with its unbeatable location and exclusive extras: 
Ski-In / Ski-Out & Outdoor Paradise: In winter, your skiing fun starts right at the front door – slope access is directly at the house. In summer, the surrounding area transforms into an eldorado for hikers and bikers, with direct access to the region's most beautiful routes. Conveniently, a ski school is located right in the building. 
Wellness Factor: After an active day in nature, our private whirlpool bathtub provides the perfect place to relax and regenerate. 
Modern Features: Access to the apartment is flexible and contactless via an electronic locking system. For your entertainment, various Sky TV channels are available, and a kitchen starter kit will be ready for you upon arrival. 
Living Comfort: The apartment is generously designed for 4 people. An additional guest mattress is available for a child, which can be placed in the bedroom or living room (please note that it gets a bit cozy with an occupancy of 5 people). 
Washing machines and dryers are also available in the building (use for a fee). All consumption-based energy costs are already included in the price.
