Layout and main features

Ground floor

Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in a spacious hall that conveys the authentic character of the house. To the right is a large dining room with capacity for all guests, and behind it a full bathroom and the living room, which offers direct access to the patio.

The ground floor also houses the first bedrooms:

– Bedroom 1: double bed, dressing room and large windows.

– Family bedroom (2 rooms):

 • Small room with single bed.

 • Separate double room with double bed.

This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchenware.

First floor

The upper floor is surprisingly spacious. Here there are four more bedrooms and several open-plan living areas:

– Bedroom 4: two single beds and unobstructed views of the countryside.

– Bedroom 5 (children's): two single beds.

– Bedroom 6: double bed and sofa bed for an additional guest.

– Bedroom 7: two single beds and access to a terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun.

On this floor you will also find a second full bathroom and direct access to the patio.

As this is a traditional Mallorcan house, the property features thick stone walls that help maintain a naturally pleasant indoor temperature, even during the warmer months. For added comfort, fans are also provided for guests.
