Our Haus Nicole in the nature adventure village of Rosental is located in the southern end of Carinthia, Austria's southernmost province, a true paradise for holidaymakers. On the ground floor of our holiday home you will find a cosy living and dining room with plenty of seating for up to 6 people. Here you can relax and enjoy the comfort of WLAN, cable TV and a cosy pellet stove. The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in furniture and has an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary small electrical appliances. Here you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor for your convenience.
On the upper floor of the house there are three separate bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable double beds. The third bedroom has bunk beds (200 x 60 cm), which offers enough space for a total of 6 people. Here you can relax after an eventful day in Carinthia and enjoy a restful night's sleep. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC is also at your disposal and provides additional comfort during your stay.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful setting, just 150 metres from the Drau reservoir. Here you can refresh yourself in the clear water, swim and enjoy a variety of water sports activities. The picturesque landscape is ideal for wonderful hikes, mountain walks and mountaineering. Cyclists also get their money's worth, as the Drau cycle path R1 with a length of 366 km leads directly past our holiday village.
The enchanting St. Johann bathing lake, which has its own area for small children and a kiosk, is only about 7 km away. There are also the famous Wörthersee, Faakersee, Ossiacher See and many other small bathing lakes in the immediate vicinity of the holiday village. Here you can enjoy the sun, swim or simply relax on the shore.
You can sample typical and tasty dishes in the nearby restaurants. Some of them are even within half an hour's walk. Let yourself be spoilt by the regional cuisine and enjoy the culinary delights of the surrounding area.
