Our wonderful holiday flat with its own garden is located in Haus Waldblick, a charming property with a total of 6 flats. One of the flats is occupied by the caretaker all year round, which guarantees constant availability and care.
The holiday village is picturesquely situated around 3 km outside the village of Feistritz im Rosental and extends directly along the shores of the beautiful Drau reservoir, which is an impressive 18 km long. Numerous other bathing lakes are also in the immediate vicinity, including the famous Wörthersee, Faaker See and Ossiacher See.
Our modern flat with its 2 separate bedrooms offers you the ideal retreat after an eventful day. Enjoy the proximity to the crystal-clear waters of the region and explore the wide range of leisure activities that this unique holiday destination has to offer.

The flat is located on the upper floor and has two separate bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, a living/dining room and a bathroom. The separate kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a small oven, a microwave, a toaster, kettle and much more. Naturally, there is enough high-quality crockery for 4 people. This flat also has its own garden with barbecue.

There are plenty of loungers available in the flat's own garden area, as well as a charcoal barbecue. The balcony is very spacious and offers plenty of room to sit.

Our holiday flat is the ideal starting point for your holiday adventures. Swimming, hiking, mountaineering, mountain climbing and cycling - all these activities start right on our doorstep. The shores of the picturesque Drau reservoir are just 200 metres away. The Wörthersee, Faakersee, Ossiacher See and a number of smaller bathing lakes are also in the immediate vicinity of our holiday village.
The Rosental offers much more than just great hiking opportunities. In addition to the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Karawanken, the gentle alpine pastures and hills as well as the clear torrents, numerous other attractive leisure activities await you for the whole family - be it cultural, sporty or simply enjoyable.
The Drau cycle path R1, one of the most popular cycle paths in Austria, runs through our entire village of Rosen. No matter where your bike takes you, in Carinthia you always follow the sun and the water. Austria's southernmost province is a paradise for cyclists with its countless kilometres of cycle paths, royal stages and waterways, regardless of whether you are a fast road cyclist, leisurely touring cyclist or passionate mountain biker.
Two mountain bike trails lead from the holiday village to the Bärental and the Klagenfurter Hütte, ideal for anyone looking for adventure in the mountains.
