"The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station. The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot. I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off . One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy."

"Wir waren bereits das erste Mal im September 2024 vor Ort. Nachdem es uns so gut gefallen hat haben wir direkt für Juni 2025 erneut gebucht. Wir finden die Lage Klasse und es stellt einen zentralen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Österreich aber auch in Slowenien und Italien dar. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen tollen Urlaub genießen zu können. Für uns war die Ferienwohnung mit Hund einfach perfekt. "

"Ich bin schon nicht mehr ganz neu...Es ist das erste Haus, dem ich ohne zu zögern eine "10" in allen Bereich gebe!!! Ob quasi neuwertiger Zustand der Unterkunft, Sauberkeit, Qualität des Bettes, Ausstattung der Küche, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, usw. Ich war rundherum sehr zufrieden. Der Wellnessbereich wurde nur bei Bedarf in Betrieb genommen; was hinsichtlich der Energieeffizienz auch sinnvoll war bei den wenigen Gästen, die das wünschten. Zur vereinbarten Zeit waren...
